General terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the CrushFrame service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service is available to users 16 years or older. Registration requires a valid email address.

Service description

CrushFrame is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to turn user selfies into high-quality photos for dating apps and social networks. The service runs on a credit-based payment model.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

  • One account per user.
  • Sharing access with third parties is not allowed.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of a breach of these Terms.

Credits and payment

Image generation requires credits. Credits are purchased through the service's payment partner.

  • Used credits (spent on generation) are non-refundable.
  • Prices for credit packages may change. A price change does not affect credits already purchased.

Refunds

You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase, in line with the right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under EU law.

Refund conditions:

  • Refunds are only available for unused credits.
  • Once an image has been successfully generated, the credits spent are non-refundable.

To request a refund, send an email to contact@crushframe.com with:

  • the transaction ID (available in the receipt from the payment partner and in the transaction history under «Wallet»);
  • your account email or ID;
  • the reason for the refund (optional).

Intellectual property

The CrushFrame service, including its design, code, logos, and interface, is our intellectual property.

  • You retain all rights to the original photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the AI generation service — we do not use them to train models.
  • Generated images: we do not claim ownership of them and assign you any rights we may have in them. Rights in AI-generated content are governed by applicable law, which in many jurisdictions does not grant copyright protection to purely AI-generated material — we cannot guarantee any specific legal status. You are responsible for how you use the images, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Uploaded content

By uploading photos, you confirm that:

  • you have the lawful right to use them;
  • the images do not infringe the rights of third parties;
  • the content is not unlawful, offensive, or harmful.

Usage restrictions

When using CrushFrame, you must not:

  • generate harmful, hateful, discriminatory, or unlawful content;
  • upload obscene, pornographic, or NSFW images;
  • upload photos of third parties without their consent or photos of minors;
  • use the service for disinformation or deepfake material;
  • access the service via automated means (scraping, bots) without written permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data;
  • resell or commercially redistribute access to the service.

Automated content moderation

The AI safety filter is not perfect and may occasionally reject borderline content by mistake. Examples include unusual body angles, artistic nudity, athletic or swimwear photos, and medical or anatomical contexts. We work to minimise false positives, but we cannot eliminate them entirely.

All uploaded images go through automated AI safety checks:

  1. Pre-check — before generation starts. If an image fails the check, generation is cancelled and credits are not deducted.
  2. In-generation check — if a violation is detected later, credits have already been spent and are not refunded.

In either case, the violation is recorded on your account. After 3 violations within 72 hours, the account is temporarily frozen (from 24 hours to 14 days, depending on the number of prior freezes). Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban with no refund.

If you believe your image was rejected in error, write to contact@crushframe.com with your account email or ID and the approximate time of upload. Review requests are accepted within 30 days of the incident. If the error is confirmed, the credits deducted are returned. After 30 days the image is removed from the violations archive and review is no longer possible.

AI generation and disclaimer of warranties

Images are produced by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee:

  • a specific result, quality, or accuracy of match to the chosen style;
  • uninterrupted operation of the generation service;
  • the uniqueness of generated content relative to existing works.

The service is provided «as is». Every generation deducts credits regardless of subjective satisfaction with the result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • CrushFrame is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the last 12 months.
  • We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the service due to technical reasons.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under EU law.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or a notice on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

  • You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by sending a request to contact@crushframe.com.
  • We may terminate or restrict your access in case of a breach of these Terms or as required by law.
  • After account deletion, your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • If an account has had no activity (login, generations, payments) for 12 consecutive months, we may delete the account and its associated data. We will send a warning to the registered email at least 30 days in advance — signing into the account during that period is enough to reset the inactivity counter. Unused purchased credits are forfeited on account deletion and are not refundable.
